George Pugh
Division Manager - Northeast

In 1984, George originally began his career at CPC as a driver. Following his start, he has held the positions of Operations Supervisor,

Regional Manager, Division Manager. He manages a private fleet for one of CPC’s customers, oversees Canadian operations and acts as a liaison with some of our largest national accounts.

Jim Ponder
Division Manager - Midwest/West

Based in Memphis, Jim joined CPC in 1995 as an Operations Supervisor. Since that time he has held positions as an Operations Manager

and Regional Manager. As with many of our supervisors, Jim was a driver for over 20 years before joining the management team.

Ken Pruitt
Division Manager - Mid-Atlantic & Southeast

Ken began his career with CPC in 2003 as an Operations Manager and Regional Manager for

Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. His background in transportation includes Terminal Manager and Safety Director with “for hire” carriers. He is a graduate of Campbell University.

Raymond Miles
Division Manager - Western

Joining the CPC team in 2007 as an operations manager, Raymond is currently a Division Manager of the western region.

He comes to us with 16 years of management experience in the transportation industry.

John Bickel, Sr. - President, Member of the Board of Directors

As the President of CPC, John also supports operations in the Western U.S. for our corporation. With over 40 years of experience, John is a native to St. Louis and has an extensive transportation industry background.

Throughout his career, John has been responsible for the acquisition of new

accounts and the servicing of major customers throughout the U.S. John joined Transportation Labor, Inc. (TLI, Inc.), the predecessor to CPC Logistics and then became the VP at CPC from 1978 through 1984, when he was named President.

John Dowell- VP of Labor Relations, Member of the Board of Directors

As one of the founding partners, John has maintained all labor relation matters for CPC since the early 1970’s. With extensive experience in labor and employment law matters, his expertise includes labor agreement

negotiations, arbitration, equal employment opportunity litigation, and

Department of Transportation Driver Qualification Standards. In addition to his responsibilities at CPC, John is a Sr. Partner for a local St. Louis law firm and has strong ties to local Bar associations

Dan LeGear- Corporate Secretary, General Counsel, Member of the Board of Directors

As our Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Dan started his association with CPC in 1973 and has been part of CPC since. His private law practice has given him three decades of experience in business

acquisition, employee benefits, ERISA plans, contracts and general civil

litigation. As an Officer/Director at CPC since 1986, Dan continues to maintain his private practice as well as his key roles at CPC.

Doug Crowell- VP and CFO, Member of the Board of Directors

As a licensed CPA and member of AICPA, Doug joined CPC in 1984 and oversees all of CPC’s financial and tax matters and manages our multiple departments supporting these areas, including Accounting, Finance, Insurance Risk Mgmt, HR, Payroll & Invoice, IT and Medical Benefits.

 

Robert Boyich- VP, Sales & Marketing

After the sale of his company to CPC, Bob joined CPC as the VP of Operations in 1992 and currently manages the national Sales and Marketing efforts for the corporation. Bob has extensive experience and a

notable transportation background, including being a former author and instructor

in the Private Fleet Management Institute of the National Private Truck Council, as well as a Board Member with the NPTC and Driver Employer Council of America. Bob was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the NPTC for a second time.

Butch Wallis - VP of Operations for East

Butch joined CPC in 1982, as an Account Manager in the Memphis area. Throughout his tenure at CPC, he has been in supervisory roles, including Regional and Divisional Manager. Currently based in Atlanta, Butch is our

VP of Operations for the Eastern division and oversees 14 regional offices and

supports the national coordination of some of our key client accounts. Butch is a past Board Member of the Driver Employer Council of America.

Larry Foltz - VP of Operations for West

Larry joined CPC in 1979 and has supported Operations in various management positions. He is currently the VP of Operations for our Western division in our St. Louis location and manages our Drug & Alcohol

Testing Program. Larry is responsible for 10 regional offices and supports the

national coordination of some of our key client accounts.

Jeff Hart - VP, Sales

After obtaining his law degree, Jeff oversaw legal, risk management and operational responsibilities at Manpower, Inc., the parent company of Transpersonnel.  Then, after earning his MBA, he became President of

Transpersonnel Inc., a position he held for 5 years prior to the acquisition of the

company by CPC in 2004. Jeff is currently responsible for new Sales for CPC and is based in Wisconsin
